The cheddar seemed more like a processed-style cheese. The other reviewer mentioned it being crumbly. This was definitely not our experience. It’s difficult to find a salami cheddar that doesn’t have that processed-like texture, but I have from time to time come across some. This was OK, but not something I would order again.

Best flavor and texture I’ve ever experienced in a salami cheddar
This is a delicious cheddar packed with bits of salami. Delightfully salty and slightly crumbly, this cheese left me brilliantly satisfied.
