We received this Havarti in a cheese box for Christmas. It is honestly wonderful. My husband is having me order more today. Wisconsin River Meats makes a sausage with cranberry. The pairing of the two is over the top. You will not be disappointed. We Cheeseheads in Florida appreciate goodies from home.

Creamy goodness!
I love how flavorful and creamy this cheese is. Great on crackers but I think this would be wonderful melted into a main dish or side dish because it is so smooth.

Eating Havarti cheese is one of my favored past times. This is the second time I’ve ordered from Decatur Dairy, and I must say, their Havarti is very, very good. It’s really creamy – believe me it’s very good.
