   Stettler’s Ukrainian Cheese is an unexpected flavor experience. This cheese is great on a cheese board as well as on a grilled cheese sandwich (try it on a hearty rye). Ukraine really shines as THE cheese in a grilled cheeseburger! It melts perfectly.

   I had never heard of Ukrainian cheese until stopping by on my annual visit. Wow! A great cheese with a great price, and it tastes great even after freezing and thawing.
