One of the best tasting Swiss I’ve ever had. Use to live close, but now live a few States away. Always stop in and stock up twice a year when I’m back visiting family. I’m always asked to bring Decatur Dairy cheese back with or friends and neighbors here.

My moms family are a long line of cheese makers from the Monroe area. I thought I knew good swiss until I had the stettler lace swiss. Outstanding is my one word review. Brought 3 pounds home to family and friends . It lasted a weekend . Their brick is awesome also. Their curds are second to none. Because of this COVID hoax can’t get any sent. Will have to fly down and get some

We keep a chunk under glass at room temperature – the flavor is EVEN BETTER and it is hard to resist cutting off a little taste every time I walk through the kitchen! You wont be disappointed – the flavor and texture are outstanding.

We have an annual Trout Camp fishing/camping event in North Georgia every August, and our friends make the drive from the Decatur area in Wisconsin to join us for the week. Last year they brought a couple of pounds of the Stettler Swiss, along with an assortment of heritage cherry tomatoes they picked up at a festival in Nashville on the way. The combination was irresistible! I ordered five pounds of the Stettler Swiss in time for the holidays, to put out at beer- and cheese-tastings, where it was the clear winner! Outstanding taste and value!

This is by far the best Swiss cheese I have ever had. Decatur Dairy cheeses are a regular in our house but the Swiss is exceptionally good. My family from out of town asks for it when I go to visit and, as much as I might want to eat it all myself, it is too good not to share.

Excellent Lacey Swiss
This is a great product. I have had other Lacey Swiss before but this is the best we have tasted. Excellent flavor and creamy texture. Highly recommend!

Learned about this cheese on the tour yesterday (5/11) and sampled it at Rick’s suggestion. SO glad he did. I’m generally not a fan of the Swiss cheeses, but this one I loved. Bought a pound to see how it goes at home. I see future road trips to buy this direct from the factory/store.

Wow is this good!
Just picked up a pound of this cheese this week. That’s about 9 lbs less than I should have picked up. It lasted ALMOST the whole weekend with three of us in the house. This cheese will be making a regular appearance in our house I do believe.

Stettler success
First tried this at a farmers market in Whitewater; awesome taste like no other Swiss I’ve had before. Now I’m waiting in the parking lot for the market to open on Saturday am’s. Next will be a trip to the factory to get bigger quantities!

I’ve always liked Swiss cheese
My sister turned us on to this Brodhead dairy, so last time we visited her in Janesville we drove over and purchased cheeses. We recently ordered more online. It arrived in two days rather than the three days shipping we paid extra for. It arrived in perfect condition; very satisfied.
