When Brennan’s was about to close, much to my distress, they gave us the name of the place who made their basil cheese. I have searched before based on the name Steve which they said was the company who made it. I found it here!!!! Alas!!!
I can order it and will. I see a comment in which the people refer to the Wauwatosa farmers market. Do you sell there yet or maybe Waukesha’s market?

A friend, who lives in Brodhead, introduced me to your store and your “Farmers Basil” in May of 2013. I absolutely love this cheese! It is #1 on my list of cheeses now. I plan to keep purchasing Farmers Basil for myself and my friends.

Will Buy This Again and Again
My daughter tasted this at the Monroe Cheese Fest & loved it. She ordered it for my daughter’s (her sister’s) bridal shower last year and it was the most talked about item on the appetizer table. Gone in record time! This year, I ordered it for her bridal shower and again, it was so enjoyed by all. Now I have to order it in 3’s, one for us, and one each for my daughters. Great flavor and so unique!
